Twice Baked Steak French Fries

These are the fries to beat all fries. And because they're baked, they're covered in tons of flavor verses greasy oil. Make these and send me a picture or video of how yours turn out!

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs Rustic Idaho Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Port Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

Now Let’s Get Started:

Preheat your oven to 375
Step #1: Cut rustic Idaho potatoes in to quarters
Step #2: Combine salt, white pepper, black pepper and yellow curry powder - divide mixture in half.
Step #3: Roll potato wedges in oil and then in half of the curry powder mixture
Step #4: Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 min at 375
Step #5: In a mixer combine goat cheese and remaining curry powder mixture, fresh chives, and buttermilk
Step #6: Put goat cheese filling into injector or piping bag
Step #7: Pull fry's out of oven and fill/inject potatoes with goat cheese filing
Step #8: Top stuffed potatoes with shredded port cheddar
Step #9: Put back in oven until cheese melts
Step #10: Have a moment of silence because these fries will change your life!
