Tomato and Goat Cheese Quiche


I love baking and savory baking is my favorite. Here's an easy and delicious quiche that is sure to satisfy your taste buds!


  • 5x5 Puff Pastry
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Self-Rising Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • Pinch White Pepper
  • Pinch Herb de Provence
  • 2 oz Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 TBSP Goat Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Caramelized Onion
  • 4x4 Cake Tin

Now Let’s Get Started:

Preheat oven to 375
Step #1: In a bowl beat together quiche batter: eggs, milk, flour, salt, black pepper, white pepper and Herb de Provence
Step #2: Form puff pastry to cake tin
Step #3: In pastry lined cake tin add tomatoes, cheeses and onion
Step #4: Pour quiche batter in cake tin, fill ¾ of the way to the top
Step # 5: Bake at 375o for 25 minutes
Step # 6: ENJOY!
