Rhubarb Crumble

Nothing’s quite as nice as a Rhubarb Crumble for summer and early fall. The flavors are outstanding and resembles a tart strawberry when cooked properly. It’s a crowd favorite and great to serve at BBQs and ideal for larger parties, as it holds well. You can practically bake a Crumble in anything like ramekins, or mugs. Follow my instructions your guests will love you for making it.


  • 2 lbs Rhubarb
  • 4 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger


  • 4 oz salted Finlandia Butter
  • 4 oz dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

Now Lets Get Started

Cut Rhubarb in one inch slices Combine with sugar, lemon juice and ginger bake at 375 degrees - covered for 15 minutes

Topping: Frozen Finlandia Butter cubed Put butter, brown sugar, all purpose flour and oats into a blender and pulse until it resembles bread crumbs

Remove rhubarb from oven - uncover - pour on topping evenly Bake an additional 15 minutes

Serve with custard or whipped cream
