Pavlova Lite


Making good food choices doesn't necessarily mean you have to skip dessert completely. It just means that you need to make good choices. This Pavlova Lite recipe is a twist on my traditional Pavlova recipe. It's lighter on calories as well as the amount of work you have to put in to making it...bonus!   • 5 Egg Whites
  • ½ tsp Cream of Tartar
  • ¾ cup Cane Sugar Lemon Curd
  • Fresh Berries

Now Let’s Get Started:

Preheat oven to 200
Step #1: Combine egg whites and cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
Step #2: Slowly add sugar and beat until firm peaks form.
Step #3: Put mixture into piping bag and pipe small circle cookies on to baking sheet
Step #4: Bake at 200 for 1 hour
Step #5: Top with a dollop of lemon curd and fresh berries
