Cream Cheese Frosting


Cream cheese frosting is the go-to frosting for spiced and carrot cake. But have you tried it on chocolate cake? Or brownies? Or red velvet cake? Or cinnamon rolls? Or, your get that picture. Because of its simplicity, I mean my version has all of four ingredients, cream cheese frosting really it a great "topper" for lots of different desserts and sweets. What do you like to spread a little cream cheese frosting on?


  • 1 lb Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ lb Salted Butter, Softened
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 ½ cups Confectioner Sugar, Sifted

Now Let’s Get Started:

Step #1: Beat cream cheese and butter
Step #2: Add lemon
Step #3: Add sugar
Step #4: Beat on high
For sweeter notes add ½ tsp vanilla extract
