Baked Egg and Salmon


There's nothing like breakfast on the weekend or on a day when you're not rushing out the door to work, school or some kind of sporting event. (I know, when does that happen, right?) Well when it does, this is the breakfast you need to make for that special someone, the girls or heck, just make it for yourself!


  • (4) 4 oz Ramekins
  • 2 cups Finely Chopped Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp + ½ tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Chive
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper (Fresh ground makes a "banana-pants" difference!)
  • 4 Tbsp Whole Milk
  • 7 Lrg Egg Whites
  • 4 oz Smoke Salmon Crème Fraiche Lemon Zest

Now Let’s Get Started:

Preheat oven to 350
Step #1: Brush olive oil in 4 ramekins
Step #2: In a bowl mix salt, pepper, tomatoes and chives
Step #3: Divide between ramekins
Step #4: Place 1 oz smoked salmon on top of tomato mixture
Step #5: In same bowl beat together egg whites and milk
Step #6: Divide between 4 ramekins
Step #7: Bake at 350o for about 15 min or until eggs are opaque
Step #8: Remove from oven finish with a drizzle of crème fraiche and lemon zest
