Artichoke and Pepperoncini Quiche


If I've said it once I've said it a million times, I love savory baking...and eating. This is a simple and satisfying quiche that you can make ahead of time for a party or for pre-making meals for the week. Want to give it a bigger kick?   • 5x5 Puff Pastry
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Self-Rising Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt Pinch Black Pepper
  • Pinch White Pepper
  • Pinch Herb de Provence
  • 1 Artichoke, Quartered
  • 1 TBSP Feta Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 to 4 Slices Pepperoncini
  • 4x4 Cake Tin

Now Let’s Get Started:

Preheat over to 375
Step #1: In a bowl beat together quiche batter: eggs, milk, flour, salt, black pepper, white pepper and Herb de Provence
Step #2: Form puff pastry to cake tin
Step #3: In pastry lined cake tin add artichoke, cheeses and pepperoncini’s
Step #4: Pour quiche batter in cake tin, fill ¾ of the way to the top
Step # 5: Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
