Thanksgiving has come and gone but December is full of multi-cultural holiday celebrations. My cost saving tip to you during this holiday season is to save your stale breads for things like stuffing, trifle, and bread pudding. Have wilted herbs, lettuce, and veggies? Chop, sauté and use then in a soup or pasta dish.
